Each piece is handcrafted to order. Standard production and shipping typically take 2-3 weeks, though expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 24-month manufacturer warranty on all indoor signs, covering any electrical defects or malfunctions.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! You can use our online custom builder or contact our design team directly to turn your logo, quote, or artwork into a custom neon masterpiece.
What is included in the package?
Every order includes your neon sign, a power adapter, a remote control with dimmer settings, and a wall mounting kit for easy installation.
What is your return policy?
Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your sign arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.
